Shreya Jagarlamudi
Co-Founder / CEO
Shreya brings 7 years of experience at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Prior to founding Pledge Health, she worked at Microsoft, where she led AI-driven automation initiatives in healthcare. After a personal experience with unexpected medical billing, she co-founded Pledge Health to apply AI to healthcare operations, reducing inefficiencies, minimizing denials, and improving billing transparency for practices and patients.
Andrew Tang
Co-Founder / CTO
Andrew is an experienced engineering leader with a deep focus on healthcare technology. Before founding Pledge Health, he was the founding engineer at CancerIQ, building cancer risk assessment software and integrating it with large EHR systems. With years of experience building in healthcare, Andrew leads Pledge's tech development.
